I made this website mainly for people who are trying to get in shape a little later in life, primarily after age 30.
I’m not a fitness expert, personal trainer, or doctor of any type. I’m just a regular guy who decided to get healthier and start working out in my late thirties. I don’t have a six pack and I don’t have a ripped body.
I still drink a craft beer from time to time and will eat a cheeseburger every now and then. At age 37 I decided it was time for a change and this is just me sharing some things I’ve learned along the way.
